Here's a little secret about how I discovered acupuncture:

Here's a little secret about how I discovered acupuncture:

When I was a stressed-out teenager dealing with migraines, acupuncture came to my rescue. It effectively alleviated my pain, but I soon realized it was more than just a temporary solution. It became a catalyst for positive change in my life. I made small adjustments to my lifestyle that helped me effectively manage stress. The experience was transformative and relaxing, prompting me to continue with acupuncture treatments.

Now, my mission is to share this incredible journey with my patients. I am dedicated to improving their quality of life, and helping them navigate the challenges of daily life. However, it’s not solely focused on physical healing; I also strive to help patients understand their emotional responses to various situations. It’s all part of the interconnected tapestry of well-being.

My hobby is buying interesting books. One day I hope to read them!

My favourite phrase is “I was listening to a podcast and they said…”

My hair is naturally curly, I’ve never straightened it. It’s like a toddler with a mind of its own and will have a tantrum on any important occasion.

I love laughing… tell me a good joke!
